Excellent Stay with Great Amenities!

The hotel is very close to metro stations. This provided convenient access to all areas. My room was upgraded on arrival from superior to beautiful! It was quite large for accommodations of this type. The staff was really friendly! I enjoyed my stay a lot.
The laundry facilities were often busy. There were only a few machines for each tower. I wish there were separate washers and dryers! A wet room would have been even better.

The hotel offers a 7-Eleven convenience store on-site that is open until 2 AM. The hotel has a direct walkway to the train station. There is also a free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland if booked in advance.

The breakfast buffet offers many options. I noticed both Japanese and Western choices were available. The Premier Grand section has its own concierge service. It also includes daily breakfast in the club lounge.

The room had great toiletries and bottled water was provided daily. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful! The blackout curtains ensured I had excellent sleep. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and amenities.

convenient location with a slight hiccup

The hotel is very close to the subway. it is also near the tokyo metropolitan government building. i found several restaurants and shopping options in walking distance. I stayed for several days and found it a perfect home base. rooms were very quiet which i appreciated after long days.
the wifi authentication process was complex. i had to re-authenticate every time i returned to the room. this became quite annoying , but it was manageable.

Breakfast included western and limited egg options. plain bread rolls were missing, though sweet ones were available. I found the breakfast generally adequate, but it could use some improvement. guests can find dining options nearby.

The hotel has a subway station within a few minutes walk. the centre is only about 10 minutes away. the hotel is accessible to many places and there is a local restaurant nearby for added convenience. It is very quiet here.

The rooms were clean and spacious. we traveled with family and had connecting rooms. the hotel location is great. It has super convenient access to public transportation. the staff was responsive to all requests (always quick with assistance).
the price of the room is a little high (considering similar options nearby).

the staff helped with questions and seemed used to international guests. there were people in the lobby from all over the world assisting the different groups. i felt the staff was friendly overall.

the hotel is a short walk from the train station. lots of restaurants and tourist attractions are nearby. i overlooked the metropolitan government building that featured a light show every evening. it's very close to the government building that has the free outlook.

i had access to the lounge floor (this was fantastic). i could have a drink and admire the lights at night. the breakfast is great, offering lots of japanese and continental options. the room was quite spacious.

comfy bedpressed pajamasstained carpetbathroom mold
I really liked the staff. They were warm and professional. The room had every toiletry I could possibly want (even pressed pajamas!). The comfy bed and pillows added to the experience.
The room felt dated with some stains on the carpet. There was also MOLD in the bathroom (that wasn't great). I definitely think the price should match the value or service more.

I found the premier grand experience worthwhile, it had level 45 club lounge benefits. breakfast and evening canapés were included. the room was spacious. It provided everything i needed. the view was amazing.
the operating hours for bar time are too short. it ends at 7:30pm. i think it should end later.
